Review : These Aren't Your Dad's Tikki Torches!
These torches are amazing! They look as impressive out of the box as they do in the pics here online. If you are considering buying some, double dip and buy two - you won't be sorry. Until my first one's arrived, I was skeptical - and then I was not: Gave UPS a run for their money with so many deliveries in a short period of time - ending up with 16 in total.
Appreciate that after filling the cylinder with lamp oil and you go to twist the top on , it will appear that it does not seal tightly. This is because like a pill bottle, the product is child proof. You need to press down while twisting to get the top sealed in place. I found this out by calling, and like the class-act product, the customer service is second to none. Peter, who I believe is the owner, responded to my emails almost immediately and his customer service manager Maddie, is as equally adept.
